1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bd75" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at bd75.io, including all sub-pages, mobile browser versions, and any associated services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on bd75, or who accesses or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered account created by a Player on bd75, through which the Player accesses all Platform services including games, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds.

2.Acceptance of Terms

3.Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. bd75 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

bd75 is designed for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using bd75 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players attempting to access bd75 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so entirely at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may register and maintain only one Account on bd75. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. bd75 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd75 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4.2 Account Activity

All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised each individual transaction. bd75 shall bear no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bd75 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including at the point of registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any subsequent time. Acceptable KYC documents include a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of the payment method used for deposit. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of the Account.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bd75 reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform from time to time. Players will be notified prior to the application of any dormancy fee. Any remaining real-money Balance in a dormant Account remains the Player's property and may be reclaimed by contacting [email protected].

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bd75 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Account cashier at the time of transaction. bd75 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bd75 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6.Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New Players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the bd75 welcome bonus of 200% match up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific terms of the current welcome offer published on the Platform. The welcome bonus is available to each Player once only. Accounts found to be creating multiple registrations to claim the welcome bonus more than once will be suspended and any associated bonus winnings forfeited.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7.Games & Betting Rules

No portion of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bd75.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by bd75 under licence.
